We're Hiring

PCC is now hiring Tele-Service Agents for its Mesa, AZ call center. Job openings are being filled for the following shifts:

• 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
• 8am-2pm, Monday - Friday & every other Saturday 10am-4pm
• 2pm-6pm Monday - Friday & every other Saturday 10am-4pm
• Weekend-only shift

Tele-Service Agents make outbound phone calls to share political messages with voters and solicit donations on behalf of client organizations.

Job Requirements

As a Tele-Service Agent, you must speak with confidence and communicate a personal passion for our clients' political issues. Patience, empathy and good listening skills are key to bringing the script to life in a way that effectively shares the message and builds support for the client's political causes.

Duties as a Tele-Service Agent include:

• Making outbound calls by reading from and adhering to a client-
  approved script
• Conveying sincerity and personal passion for clients and their
  issues
• Handling and overcoming objections
• Recording call information into a computer
• Achieving performance and quality goals

Specific job skills required include:

• Excellent reading and speaking skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy.
• Willingness to accept constructive criticism and guidance.
• Respectful attitude.
• A high degree of honesty and personal integrity.
• No experience is required and training is provided. Enthusiasm for
  our clients' issues and/or customer service experience is a plus.

Benefits

As a Tele-Service Agent, you will receive five days of paid training to prepare you for your call center duty. There are many opportunities for advancement at PCC. Most PCC managers started as Tele-Service Agents.
